Coaching Philosophy

(1)  Team unity is a must!  For us to have a successful season we must do it together!!

(2)  Players must know their role on the team and accept that role.

(3)  Communication is a must.  Please discuss with Coach if there is a problem.

(4)  Only discuss how you can improve as I will not discuss another player's ability.

(5) There is a difference with how playing time is determined on the JV squad and Varsity squad.

(6)  High school comes before Little League

POLICIES AND LETTERING

1)  Lettering

(a)  Need to appear in 16 dates (total of 32 dates)

(b)  Senior who has been out every year of high school

2)  Unexcused Missed Practice

(a)  1st miss - will not start in next game

(b)  2nd miss - will not play in next game

(c)  3rd miss -  talk to coach/may be asked to leave

3)  Late Practice

(a)  1st late - will run extra

(b)  2nd late - will not start in next game

(c)  3rd late - will not play in next game
